In this time, I want to share about "Overcoming Test Anxiety Time"

Based on research Gerardo Ramirez and Sian Beilock, from Chicago University said that, writing about your feeling before test, can help you to overcome your anixiety. Moreover, this activity can increase your grade almost 6%.

"For two consecutive years of teaching at a Midwestern high school, Ramirez and Beilock suggests teachers were randomly assigned one of two students practice writing to the total of 106 people to attend the final exam in biology. Each time students spend 10 minutes writing down your thoughts and feelings about the upcoming exam, or a description of the biological topics they thought would not exist in the test.
In a questionnaire given six weeks before the final exam, 54 students reported constant worry or anxiety about the following and may fail in the exam.
Among those students who are anxious, they are writing about the feelings associated with the exam scored an average 6 percent higher at the end of the test than those who write about topics in biology. The authors expressive get an average of B + on the final exam, while the writers get a B- "
